We ship via DPD Next Day or Before 12:00 services. All orders go out on a Wednesday, our cut-off time for orders is 12pm Wednesday every week, so orders should be delivered on a Thursday. Please make sure to provide directions for a safe place to leave your delivery if you’re not in.

On the day your order is despatched you will receive a text or an email from DPD confirming your order is on the way. On the day of your delivery you will then receive a notification from DPD with your tracking link and delivery time slot. If you aren’t home and it can’t be left in a safe space the courier will usually reattempt the delivery on the next working day (Friday). If delivery is attempted twice or the package cannot be left in a safe place, then unfortunately we can’t refund or replace it as it is your responsibility to be home for the delivery or collect it from your safe place within 24 hours of the first delivery attempt.

We deliver to the whole of mainland UK, excluding the Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands and Northern Island.
