Delivery

Delivery takes up to 3 working days to arrive at your door and costs £15. We allow for 48 hours of packing time before it is shipped via the DPD Next Day service. As meat is a perishable item, please ensure you will be able to receive your order as soon as possible, and to provide directions for a safe place to leave your delivery if you’re not in.

On the day your order is dispatched, you will receive a text or an email from DPD confirming your order is on the way. On the day of your delivery you will then receive a notification from DPD with your tracking link and delivery time slot, please provide a safe place option with DPD. If you aren’t home and it can’t be left in a safe space the courier will usually reattempt the delivery on the next working day. If delivery is attempted twice or the package cannot be left in a safe place, then unfortunately we can’t refund or replace it as it is your responsibility to be home for the delivery or collect it from your safe place within 24 hours of the first delivery attempt. If you would like to nominate a different delivery day after 3 working days, please write it in your order notes.

We deliver to the whole of mainland UK, excluding the Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands and Northern Island.
